                               RESOLUTION NO. 18910
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE 
                   CITY ATTORNEY TO FILE AN ACTION AGAINST TED 
                   GOINS AND ALL OTHER NECESSARY PARTIES TO 
                   SECURE THE REMOVAL OF A STRUCTURE ERECTED AT 
                   1609 HAMILL ROAD WITHOUT A BUILDING PERMIT 
                   AND IN VIOLATION OF THE CHATTANOOGA ZONING 
                   ORDINANCE.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Office of the City Attorney be 
       and is hereby authorized to file an action against Ted Goins and 
       all other necessary parties to secure the removal of a structure 
       which was erected at 1609 Hamill Road without a building permit 
       and in violation of the Chattanooga Zoning Ordinance.
